CBSE CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP

It gives me an immense pleasure to invite your school to participate in CBSE CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP under- 11,14, 17, 19 (Boys & Girls) from 26^th Nov. to 28^th Nov., 2022.

The tournament will begin with an inaugural ceremony on 26^th Nov., 2022   and end with the closing ceremony on 28^th Nov. 2022. The participating teams are requested to bring one school flag and banner bearing the name of your school for ceremonies. The team officials have to report on 25^th Nov. 2022 at 4.00 pm to attend the officials’ meeting which is compulsory for all team officials. Participants must be present with their school flag/banner at the inaugural ceremony on 26^th Nov., 2022 at 9.00 am.

The general guidelines for the tournament are attached with this mail. Please go through them carefully. Also follow up the enclosed annexures and revert with a confirmation.

You are requested to please adhere to them for smooth and fair conduct of the tournament.

Keeping in view the smooth conduct of the tournament, it is compulsory to  send  confirmation letter attached herewith  with the hardcopy of online entries to us latest by 24^TH Nov,2022 on the below mentioned email ID.  

Please note the following instructions:

1. Candidates need to bring an Authorization letter from school Principal .
2. They need to produce the sports Activity Calendar downloaded from CBSE website with Zonal Chess Championship dates highlighted .
